If your GPU is at 96%, then that is your bottleneck.

You could try playing with the Advanced Open GL setting. Changing may cause a crash, an improvement or a degradation. So undo any change as needed.

You are also pushing the limits on your memory. This can cause issues, but perhaps not in your case. Nevertheless, you should consider NOT forcing Xms to 1G like you appear to be doing.

Umm doesn't it allocate 1GB automatically?

No. .5G automatically, up to 1G if NECESSARY. [Unless the new dev launcher has change it]

I want more fps with SEUS Standard, looks really good (The Shader)

Did you try playing with Advanced Open GL?
Your CPU has no where to go until the GPU gets out of the way. So you need to figure out a way to reduce the load on the GPU.

Thanks, Now I get more FPS with it off, and my cpu does get more usage
