I am trying to get portal gun mod on my windows vista but I don't real know how I have watched videos and read tutorials and the all said to drag mod to mod folder in .minecraft folder but there is none I have need help with using magic launcher or if you can help me with something else PLEASE HELP !!!

Dont use Magic Launcher, just install it manually with WinRAR, look up tutorials on it without Magic Launcher, also check your mods and your coremods folder and delete anything useless in there.
