Strange client crashes when punching stone.

Not expecting anyone to help from this, but worth a shot. The crash started on a server using just mods I dont know if I need the mod list or not, if I do Ill try and find them. I would try to dig/break a block and my client would crash with this error: http://pastebin.com/RWbUweL4
