Can't Get Passed Forge Loading.

Whenever i install almost any mod, i run minecraft, forge loads, and it gives me an error saying minecraft cannot run in it's current state please cunsult the file - long path name -. what do i do?

Follow the path the error message gives you to get to the log file.
