You have the same exact problem as me. "FML is loading your minecraft enviroment" shows up for a split second and disappears,leaving my minecraft black screened. I waited for a minute,no response. Redid it,same problem. I need help with this ANNOYING problem. I just want to use Explosives + and destroy my worlds... Oh well,I need help with this.

Not every blackscreen with forge is the same cause.
How to fix forge on windows (does work) 1: download and install forge modloader normally 2: Right click minecraft.exe (must be the .exe, not .jar) 3 open "troubleshoot compatibility and use recommended settings (mine said service pack 2 windows xp) 4 start the program and save settings
(note: it worked on me and my friend's computer, might not work on some others)
(copy and paste this to other people who need help)
Since I posted this topic I'v gotten a good new computer, and I'v never had any problems like this one with modding since. That old computer was a real heap of junk and I blame it for problems like that with modding.
