I use quite a few mods (about 45 -50ish i think) - (I'll list them all later if it's necessary), my game works with no problems (aside from the occasional lag spikes but I blame my sucky computer.
Anyway, I haven't added any new mods for a while and my game has been working fine until last night, it let's me play for maybe 15 - 30 minutes then mobs freeze, I break blocks they disappear, blocks that supposed to fall (aka gravel and sand) stay floating.
Any ideas how I can possibly fix this problem. .
EDIT: Also tried creating a new world in case something was wrong in my old, it does the same thing.

EDIT: Dang it now I can barely play it. (now it only works 2 minutes if I'm lucky).
