I am using a modded version of Soartex as well as Optifine. Whenever I warp to certain places, my game crashes. I NEVER get the crash so long as I change texture packs to something other than my Soartex version. I figure there is something wrong/missing with my version of Soartex but I just can't figure it out. I was hoping someone could interpret this crash log and help me pin it down so I can fix it myself.
The log is posted below. I guess it has to do with entity rendering, but like I said, I have trouble understanding these logs. Obviously when I turn off Optifine, I don't get this crash.
Here it is:

Thanks for any help. If you need my texture pack or whatever, PM me. It contains bits and pieces from other packs and I don't want any issues with distribution.

I went through and made sure there were NO missing mobs or items in the texture pack. I still get the same crash. The crash mentions a "Tesellator" in the stacktrace and occasionally comes up in the top of my logs. What is that and what does it handle?
Sorry for the triple post. I know this is a really rare crash for most people that use some texture packs but I thought I would at least finish the topic in case it comes up in Google or something.
The crash report was insanely misleading. I went researching what a "Tessellator" does and it didn't help me too much. However, after just CTRL+C'ing parts of the crash log and pasting it into Google, I got a lot of reports of issues with Optifine, OpenGL, chunk loading and connected textures. I systematically went through every possibility and i was not getting any different results. However, occasionally I would get a drastically different crash report that VERY SPECIFICALLY mentions a particular painting entity at an EXACT location. I went and investigated it and there was nothing unusual about it. As I moved on, I tried deleting my paintings files, the folder entirely, using different ones, etc. It still gave me the same error. I decided to dismiss and move on with other suspicions.
After hearing about CTM (Connected textures mod) issues, I figured that was the next logical step. I have had weird visual errors with CTM but never any crashes. Long story short, I had to delete a CTM folder that contained images and properties files for randomizing grass, fern, sugarcane, some logs, red mushroom blocks and a few more things. Then it worked. I tried deleting things one at a time in the folder itself to try to find the error and literally never found anything. So strange. I actually had to delete the FOLDER to make it work.
So for anyone that has a similar crash involving a "Tessellator" or paintings, try deleting some of your CTM stuff. I think you can live without some randomized textures.
Thanks for following, if you did at all.
