Ok so what happened was I had proabably installed Minecraft Forge wrong and a diffrent mod wrong as well. Now whenever I open Minecraft it gets stuck like this:
I dont know why it is stuck like this and I am willing to just uninstall Minecraft and re-install it but I don't know how. Please help.

The picture you wanted to show doesn't seem to load for me. If they are asking you to check the forgemodloader-client-0.log, it can be found in your .minecraft folder. Please post the contents of it so that we will be able to diagnose the problem easier.
Did you delete Meta-Inf? Sorry, I know this is a common question, but whenever my Minecraft is stuck in this position, I notice that I forgot to delete the Meta-Inf folder in the minecraft.jar.
