Mhhh no no. Optifine is no Forge-Compatible Mod, it needs to be put into the minecraft.jar.
As far I've read somewhere, the order you install the mods is IMPORTANT.
As far I remember, you first have to get a completely clean minecraft.
Then you must put your Forge files into the minecraft.jar first AND start your minecraft to make Forge load.
After that, close your Minecraft again.
And then second you must add the Optifine to the minecraft.jar and test again.
Oh and as usual, delete Meta-Inf :3
Adding optifine first and then forge will cause crashes.
Also, remember to always use the latest mod versions, because if a single mod is slightly outdated, it might cause crashes allready as well.
