Minecraft crashes with any mod!

Hey guys!!!
I downloaded traincraft a while back and minecraft ran it ok the one day it started to crash every time i got on!!!
Then i force updated it and it was fine!
Then i made my own little mod that just had one block, then it crashed every time too!!!
If anyone knows please help!!!!

We wouldn't know what's wrong if you do not provide a crash log.
