My Minecraft continues to crash no matter what I do. I've tried removing all mod's and running a completely brand new minecraft.jar and even a brand new .minecraft folder, but nothing helps. I will crash with or without mods.
The most recent crash occured when I was attempting to run Shaders Mod, Optifine, and CameraStudio.
The crash went something like this:
Minecraft has crashed!
----------------------
Minecraft has stopped running because it encountered a problem; Exception in server tick loop

I don't crash when I'm not actually in a Minecraft world or server. The exact mod's are as follows:
- OptiFine HD D3 Ultra for Minecraft 1.5.2
- CameraStudioV2.8(mc1.5.2)
- ShadersMod-mc1.5.2-ofud3-1.46
- ModLoader for 1.5.2
Any help here would be appreciated.
Note: On single player, it seems to happen when loading chunks and whenever shaders mod is on for an extended period of time. (I believe it's more towards the shaders mod, but it does occasionally crash without it)
Edit: And once it crashes on that world, I can no longer get into it with the shaders mod on.

Curse PremiumEdit: I fixed the problem: install the version of optifine specified by the Shaders Mod, rather than the newest optifine release.
