Okay, so until last week my Minecraft has been perfectly fine, but lately I've been running into this desync lag thing. How it works is that I could be running around (usually while PvPing) and I'll stop moving on other peoples screens. On my screen though, I'm still running around and can swing and break blocks, though the blocks drop nothing and the swings don't do damage to anyone. I though am vulnerable to any attacks which really sucks on PvP servers where I've spent two hours getting protection 4 armor. Updated java to version 7 update 21 64-bit, deleted my whole .minecraft folder and force updated, and connected my internet to Open DNS. My router was replaced a few months ago by my internet provider. Tried everything, googling things didn't help, and I don't know what to do now. I use MagicLauncher and the following mods:

I'm going to try calling my internet provider and seeing if a new router is available, but besides that, I don't know what to do. This happens about every time I PvP 2-3 minutes into the fight.
It does happen during MCCTF, but the problem with that is Magiclauncher which somehow isn't compatible with it. I'm beginning to think that magiclauncher is my problem (sadly) but I haven't had the time or willingless to lose more protection IV to go into PvP and test it without magiclauncher. The servers I lag out on are anywhere from greifing/PvP servers to prison servers.
