I have a few mods that you will be able to find on the crash report, and when I updated Ars Magica from 5.52.003 to 5.52.009, it came up with this crash message:

From your error log it appears that there is some kind of conflicting texture ID problem between tconstruct and arsmagica but that is all I can tell you. Hopefully someone with more experience at this can give you more information and suggest a way to fix it.

are you using the new launcher? if you are, after it crashes, check the launcher. It will say stuff like 'no zy.class' or 'this class file and another are clashing' (at least it did for me) and then fix it somehow.

I am using MultiMC, It dosent show up with anything like that, and I am using 1.5.2, I dont know if the new launcher works for it.

Start over with vanilla Minecraft. Add one mod at a time until you find what is conflicting and/or causing the crash.
