Something is using 100% of your CPU. Find what process it is and if you can, kill the task. Also scan your computer for any virus. Thats whats causing the lag spikes
Also close any other programs you don't need open to save on resources for Minecraft.
Could even be your anti virus scanning. And restart your computer is a good way to clear everything thats running and free up any unused memory.
Wait. You turned down minecraft RAM usage to 900 MB? That could be your problem as java has problems with Ram usage that does not follow the base 2 numbers.
Install Razer Game Booster 3. Game Booster halts other processes (temproarily) and optimizes RAM usage. Basically, it focuses as much power as it can towards your game. Some even call it a placebo for PCs lol

I ran a virus scan in Bullguard, it didn't show anything
Also, see the cache is always taking up a lot of space Please help me with the cache

You know, i once tried IOrbit Gamebooster, it didn't really help me out (When i used a slow laptop, not using it any more).
I'm staying away from Gameboosters, since my laptop actually worked at normal render distance first time i played minecraft on it.
When the lag occurs, open task manager and check what is using up the CPU the most. Then you should be able to figure out how to fix the issue.
I know, Java uses most memory, but my cache is also VERY high... Im gonna vacoom my fan-cooling thingey. Also, is it smart to turn off the laptop when vacooming?
Yes I would recommend turning off the laptop if you're going to try vacuum it.
I don't quite know what you mean about the cache? Is this an anti virus creating a cache or something else? Try turning it off if you think it's the cause of the lag spikes

In this image of yours, java isn't using up all your cpu. Something else is. Thats why i said to check the other processes. Also you do seem to have a lot of programs open. Make sure to close them

The blue line in the advanced Task Manager is the "Cache".... Oh well... Its actually the standby... But yea, the green line is really long. I have Steam, Bullguard and Hamachi open. I had those programs open when my laptop last were hitting 40 FPS all the time (i think...).
Okay, i cut my RAM in Minecraft down to 512 Mb, 20Max FPS, fan not stressing too much. But the problem is: This is still not good enough. When i use 900Mb, it sometimes stays at 40 FPS, but after 5-10 seconds, it goes down to 5-10 FPS in 5-8 seconds, then up to 40 FPS again.

Oh that. Restart your laptop and try play again to free up memory and such.
What just happened???? 29-38 FPS ALL TIME!?
800 Mb in Magic Launcher.
Minecraft allocates 766Mb, because Minecraft always takes a bit less than what you type in...
This (apparently) fixed the issue... LOL!
My pc suddenly got extreme random lagspikes. It started this month. I didn't download any suspesious files. Its really annoying

I hope to get a fix for this. And... Yes... The cache is really high...
Sorry, im Danish, so you might need to open your own Task Manager...

Might be fine for you, but my laptop uses 200-400 Mb of RAM.
