Im making an adventure map, and i put a lot of time and effort in it, and suddenly- the wand does'nt work!

All the other commands are working, and when i use //wand it gives me a wooden axe, but its just a normal wooden axe...

if i re-entering the game like 100 time, so in one of those time it will work, but there is still a problem...

Does any1 know what to do?

Btw, im new to this forum, but ive been a passive reader for long.
