So I just got the legal version of minecraft a few days ago, in anticipation of a mod that will be coming out in a couple of months that requires it. I already have Dragon Block C in my mods, and was very excited to have it. I started my own level, got ultra uubbbeerr powerful and stuff, had a cool looking base built, and that's when it happened.
I was online the entire weekend (It's Tuesday now) when I created the world. Then I went to school, and loaded up minecraft to show my friend. When I loaded up my level, the ENTIRE world had reset back to when I first created it, and my person didn't have his skin on.
Why did minecraft reset my world, and why didn't I have my skin on? If it helps, the skin was back on when I re-connected to the interwebs, but my world is still in it's original state. I'm assuming it's because it couldn't connect to the server...
If I can't recover my progress in that world, is there anyway I can keep this from happening again?
