So I installed Optifine the same way you would install any other mod (dragging files into minecraft.jar) and ran MInecraft. I tried to get on a world and it froze on the downloading terrain screen and i tried to close the program and it said "Java XE Binary is not responding" and then it closed the program. So then I got on a server and it worked just fine. Then i tried opening a different world and it froze on the downloading terrain screen again. So then I force updated Minecraft, reinstalled other mods (such as TMI and Single Player Console Commands) and tried to open a world. It got stuck on the downloading terrain screen and then crashed. It said:
