I'm trying to install a certain set of mods but I never can get HD textures working. Either the default texture still shows and/or things become invisible...

Here is a list of things I would like installed..

Forge (I was advised to use v700 so that's what I downloaded)
OptiFine (I have a perfectly fine computer, I just figured I needed it for HD textures)

Backpack
Better Bows
Better Dungeons
Bibliocraft
Buildcraft
Enchanted Portals
Enchanting Plus
ExtraBiomesXL
Forestry
NotEnoughItems/TooManyItems
Rei's Minimap (or any other; I'd prefer the one included in FTB)
Starting Inventory
Timber!/Treecapitator
Wild Caves
Wireless Redstone (or any mod that makes redstone wiring easier)

Any others if I ever come across some I like such as possibly Railcraft, Millenair, some extra mobs or tools or something, etc

I have tried different Mod Packs like FTB and AMCO and such and they work perfectly. But I never can get textures to work when going back and trying to install myself without all of their bloat. I'd like to use Flow HD though I'm thinking of using Soartex Fanver if I got the name right..

Any help?

I install Forge and run the game. Forge is working. Even at this point HD textures wont work.
So I install OptiFine and still nothing.

I install mods in this order.

Forge
OptiFine
Any other .jar mods
Any coremods mods
Any mods mods

Blank I guess? or black. I can't tell.

Like for instance if I open up NEI, all of the icons are gone but blocks. and nothing shows in my hand or the hotbar for items and don't even show when I drop them.

Yeah, turns out the packs I were trying were still the packs I had when I played 1.4.7. I downloaded the 1.5.2 versions and things seem to work now. Forge now crashes before the game starts and I keep seeing buildcraft and bibliocraft errors in the logs. I'll try to manually install everything.

All works good now. Except the mobs in Better Dungeons don't spawn. The little spawn cages are just blank.
