Hi everyone, I recently downloaded the technic launcher at a friends house. Problem is, I don't have an Internet connection of my own outside of my smartphone so I managed to obtain a file called technic-launcher-with-normal-offline-mode.jar, which I can't figure out how to install. Everyone else seemed to know how but it came with no instructions. If anyone could offer some assistance that would be great.
