Okay, I first saw this problem just over a year ago maybe going on the 2nd year now.
The whole time I remember Thinking, why hasn't anyone posted anything about this and my efforts to find a solution online were endless. After Fixing this problem myself and forgetting about it for months, I now know no one had posted a solution! NEVERTHELESS
I REMEMBER!
The only solution I had found was completely uninstalling all firewalls and virus protection programs on my pc..
no download needed or silly bat files
Simply uninstall your anti-virus and re-install and make sure you allow all java permissions and minecraft permissions that pop up while playing and you shouldn't encounter this problem ever again!
