I've been playing Minecraft 1.4.7 and 1.5.1 with my custom list of mods no problem. I decided to update to 1.5.2 and add a few extra mods. I'm using MultiMC (4.30 jenkins-MultiMC4Windows-76, it's the newest one I believe) as my launcher and I never had a problem with it before. I've been able to resolve my other crashes but not this one. I tried to launch it first with my suite of mods (~56 including forge and it's counterparts) and I get a weird crash message. I then slowly removed each mod to find the culprit and it seems like I get a similar (if not, same) error message when I have only Forge (v700), latest CodeChickenCore and latest NEI.
I'm running Windows 8 64-bit, 8GB ram, Core i5-2500K and a GeForce GT 430 card. The error messages are pasted in pastebin:
There is an known (hopefully) isse with newer versions of Forge and ChickenBones Core. Anything after Forge 689 won't work. I moved it back and NEI, etc. works fine. While I could not be further from a programmer or modder, I think it has to do with how much code is in CodeChickenCore and how minute of a change in forge could throw it off.

Thanks for the info. Using Forge 689 caused other crashes as well but now it introduced other issues (such as Ars Magica and come FML issues too)....Do I have to revert all my mods back to an earlier version or just CodeChickenBones, NEI and Forge?
That I do not know. I am running 689 simply because I want to have NEI, but I have ran into problems with the mods that I am using and don't know what is wrong, and I definitely don't know about Ars Magica since I haven't tried to run it on mine yet. My guess is that some would work and some wouldn't, just depending on which version of forge they were built on. This is only a guess, and I could be completely wrong.
Unfortunately it may just take waiting until ChickenBones releases an update.
Yea I got it working with Forge 689, CodeChickenCore 0.8.6.4, NotEnoughItems 1.5.2.11 and removing Ars Magica, ComputerCraft, and Mystcraft from my mod list....that's unforunate though. I thought all mods made for 1.5.1 would work with 1.5.2?

Any help would be appreciated!
