Crash often at random times Really annoying crashes

Hello,
I've been getting some really annoying crashes client and server side just at random times not when i do a certain action.
My guess is it has something to do with mob mods, not sure though.

my mods are:

I think i found the part where the server started crashing :

It appears that your Damage Indicators mod is outdated. Grab the new version from http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1536685-151152forge-hit-splat-damage-indicators-v267-rpg-ui-and-damage-amount-mod/ and see if that addresses the issue.
