I was doing well with the 16 mods I had been using on 1.5.2 (that I will list) but I didn't want the walls on my mansion to be to thick sense the inside is quartz while the outside is brownish. So I attempted to install a wallpaper mod from 1.5.1, mods from 1.5.1 had been working and the modder hadn't updated the mod so I figured it would be fine.

If I'm correct, usually when a mod is incompatible with the game version it will just give you a black screen or the game will just load without loading the mod. But the game crashed and I got this: cpw.mods.fml.common.LoaderException: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: cpw.mods.fml.client.registry.RenderingRegistry.registerEntityRenderingHandler(Ljava/lang/Class;Lnet/minecraft/client/renderer/entity/RenderXPOrb;)V

The mods I am using are:

Custom mob spawner
Custom NPCs
CrayFish's Furniture Mod
weaponmod
bibliocraft
reisminimap
Invasion mod
Mo'Creatures
Animatedplayer
Lots of Food

Optifine

Forge
And Wallpaper by Kaevator that was updated to 1.5.1 by metadark

The problem is coming from FML which is included in Forge. Try installing the latest version of Forge from here and see if it solves your problem!

Thanks for the reply!

I deleted my minecraft.jar and installed forge with the version you linked and it gave me some kind of null pointer exception.

Do you have optifine on? if you do try it without optifine to see if it works.

EDIT: Try installing Forge FIRST then Optifine.

Got another error:
