How can I delete fml (Forge Modloader)

I deleted fml but it is still running on minecraft and lets it crash pls.help

Force update should clear out any mods installed on the minecraft.jar which is where FML resides. It redownloads a fresh copy of it. Are you sure you did it correctly?

I did update it but fml is letting te game crash when running so I want to delete it but everytime I delete forge it just comes back and running
