Terrible, Terrible Flickering - Game almost unplayable.

Hello. My screen has an absolutely horrible flickering whenever I try to play. This has been happening for a couple of months by now.

Mods:

Optifine
Modloader
Optifine Settings:

AdvancedGL: On
All other settings are default.
Please help! I've posted a video of my game when trying to play at all.

Also, I'm on Mac OS X, so none of the things about changing graphics card settings will work, as Macs have no option to change video card settings

Try vanilla or without advanced OpenGL on.
