Ok first off, I know that it might be the case single player commands is not updated yet, but hear me out. With the new 1.5.2 update, I went to put singleplayer commands back into the .jar to see if it would work. I put all of the files in correctly, and minecraft started up properly, but when I go to open a map, minecraft crashes. Seeing that I must've needed to get a new version of the mod, I go and search single player commands 1.5.2 on google. Well it says singleplayer commands 1.5.2 in one of the searches, so I go and download the new mod, but it was still the 1.5.1 version. So is the mod needing to be updated or is my client being glitchy? I should also point out I then tried using the new launcher to go back to 1.5.1 but the mod wasnt started up in the game even though I had the files in the .jar (I checked after playing in the new launcher and it was still in there).

8-bit Adventure got another update (June 17 2014)! Check it out from the picture below!
I don't think the mod has been updated for 1.5.2 yet and thus will not function correctly until it's updated. You'll have to just wait for the mod devs to update it for 1.5.2.

me too I hope they update it soon. I followed the instructions given for 1.5.2 minecraft forge says its loaded but minecraft crashes when you open a world.
Single Player Commands mod has not been updated to 1.5.2 yet. Do not download anything unless it is on the mod authors website, minecraft forums, or Planet Minecraft uploaded by only the mod author. All other sites are rip offs. The reason why it waited until you were in a world is because (Don't quote me on this) it doesn't loads up the commands when it loads the world... I think.
