New Worlds Crash after taking one action [Attempted install of TooManyItems]

I attemped to install TooManyItems and when I booted MC v.1.5.2 there was no GUI or known presense of TooManyItems. Afterwards, MC began to crash. I uninstalled TooManyItems and restored a previous MC version, then re-updated to 1.5.2. MC now crashes after I take a single action.

Make sure you install the core mods that are required.
