I am having a graphics problem. It occurs more often when I place blocks, but happens incrementally when normally playing. I will post pictures after my Mods/Spec section.

Win 7 Home Prem x64
16GB Ram
Nvidia GeForce GT 555m

It occurs on any texture pack. I have 4Gb dedicated to MC on startup, I have tried 8Gb and gotten same results.

Are you using a texturepack? If yes, make sure the texturepack is for 1.5.1

I am using a 1.5.1 texture pack, but I also put the default on and it still gave me the issue.
