I managed to fix the problem by removing the misc peripherals computercraft add-on but i would really like to know what went wrong so i can fix it and re-add misc peripherals because it is a good mod

Yeah, I would also like to know because whenever I get to the menu after the Mojang thing, it carshes so I think its the same problem.

It looks like an item ID conflict between Misc Peripherals and MFFS. But before you go messing around with it just try re installing Misc Peripherals because it is most likely a corrupted file and MFFS might just be checked off the mods list.
