i installed shaders last night and i get unbelievable lag! my already bad 13-30FPS became a 1-5 FPS i really love the mod. it looks amazing but i cant play with this lag! any help? (BTW i used magic launcher because it was the easiest way for me to install it)
Shader are EXTREMELY hardware demanding. On my pc I average around 150 fps using vanilla minecraft. Once i installed Sonic Ether's unbelievable shaders, that number dropped to a steady 17 fps. If you want to enjoy minecraft lag free, I recomend playing on vanilla because your pc seems to have trouble playing minecraft as it is. If you can't live without these shaders, try installing optifine, closing all other running programs, and tasking minecraft as high-priorty in your task manager. Beyond that, I'm afraid I can't be of much help/
like what? and what kind of modifications would i need?
