I tried to put forge on and this happened.

This could be the problem right here...

Latest JAVA version is 1.7_21

Do a search in google for JAVA JDK and you will find what you need. The first link should be JAVA SE Downloads.

MAKE SURE to uninstall all other versions of JAVA before installing this latest one.
