Ok, so I recently bought a new computer, the specs are:
Intel Core i5 3470 3.2 GHZS 1155 6MB
EVGA Nvidia GTX 660 SuperClocked 2GB GDDR5 DX11
G.Skill Ripjaws - X 2x4GB DDR3 1600MHZ
Gigabye H77 - DS3H s1155 core i3/i5/i7 intel H77 DDR3 1600
Western Digital Caviar blue 1TB 64MB 7200RPM Sata3 WD10EZEX0000
So I tried downloading optifine, and it decreased my fps from having about 200 fps on far without optifine to having 50. Well I fixed it so now I can run far at about 120 fps with optifine, but it is still not as good as it is without optifine. So after downloading shaders I get about 50 fps on tiny, so if I could somehow get optifine to work better on my computer, I think I could run shaders at better fps.So if any of you know of a way to increase the fps with optifine so that I could run shaders better, help is appreciated. Also optifine is supposed to have problems with nvidia cards, so if you know how to fix that, that will help too.
