Ignore, Ignore. I did not get mod compability because I was not even a pro at MC yet xD so just play more Minecraft!

A lot of the time mods are incompatible (same item IDs, GUI IDs, etc.) It could also be the versions of each mod.
Make sure you've installed modloader, and if that has not resolved the problem install minecraft forge for 1.5.1 and run it again.
PS: This is the thread for unmodified minecraft clients. Post over by the modded clients.
