Hello, I recently installed tales of kingdom and forge. When I started playing I noticed the little window witj the msg, I didn't care at that time but when I wanted to read what the NPCs wanted to tell me, I couldn't read it because of the window chat or whatever it is because was blocking the chat :/
its part of the tales of kingdom mod, check the mods cfg file to see if it has an option, if not then i doubt it, you could try asking on the mods forum thread
