So, I have Single Player Commands installed on my minecraft. When I wanted to go faster, I accidentally typed in /add effect0and now it crashes every time I try to start up the world. Any help please? I spent 20+ hours creating this map and I will burn down my house if I can't get it back.

Adventure map crashes every time I start it...
