Yes, you appear to be missing several class files. I would suggest using the Minecraft Magic launcher to determine if the mods are actually compatible together. It is just like the normal Minecraft launcher, however it allows you to sort, organize, and enable/disable your mods. It will also diagnose any error that may occur from the mods being used. If the mods do indeed turn out to be compatible, I would suggest re-downloading the mods, and then reinstalling, as they may have been corrupted or had an error in the download process.
Ah, yeah. I didn't notice that. Very few mods from old updates continue to work, especially if they are large mods (which a lot of yours are). You must use updated versions, or use an older version of Minecraft.
