FTB Ultimate Crash

Hai guys!! So my FTB ultimate pack freezes when i try to launch singleplayer or join multiplayer. Anyone know how to fix it?? It's REALLY annoying me!!

Mine crashes when trying to create a new world Only thing I have installed is the vanilla minecraft and FTB Ultimate (from the client launcher thing).
