I didn't know which section to post this in, so forgive me if this is the wrong section.I just downloaded the recent version of Minecraft Forge, and I went to open my Minecraft with my WinRAR.Here is what the problem is, I right clicked my minecraft.jar folder and there was no "Open With" option, therefore I can't open it with WinRAR.I don't what the heck is happening, it's never happen before today. One other thing is that the minecraft.jar image doesn't have a java picture on it anymore, it's just a plank page.Any help would really be appreciated.
7-zip is far superior to WinRAR, and I highly suggest using it instead.
last time I used 7-zip it caused a virus on my PC.I'll never use it again no matter what anybody says even if people insist that 7-zip didn't cause the problem.Point is it's not really my WinRAR it's my minecraft.jar not having a "Open with" option when I right click it

Are you sure you downloaded it from 7-zip.org?
So, the minecraft.jar doesn't have an open with dialog?
