Have you backed up your minecraft before?You really should have.Try loading the back up if you made one.And I think forge is not compatible with mineshafter if you're using it.

Its crashing because of whatever mod You added that adds a ceiling fan. Thats all we really can tell from that error, so try removing that mod and see if it works better afterwords.
And I think forge is not compatible with mineshafter if you're using it.
You would be correct. It would appear though that he is using just ModLoader, rather than Forge.
^^If for Some reason You're trying to use both Forge and ModLoader, please uninstall ModLoader, as Forge has its own version that will(90% of the time) be able to load Your modloader mods just fine. Having both with almost always cause crashes.
The thing to try if you haven't already: Go to your run menu (assuming you have windows) and type in %appdata%. In Windows Xp go to .minecraft Windows 7 go to roaming and then .minecraft. You can drag your saves to your desktop if you want, but then just delete the .minecraft folder completely. Restart Minecraft and it will update and all. Then your minecraft should work...
