I'm new to the site so I apologize if this is in the wrong forum.
I lag quite a bit in Minecraft and I am wondering if it is something with my computer that is making it run slowly. I have all of the settings on lowest, the render distance on tiny, and am using the Optifine mod and it is still choppy and slow and sometimes even places two bricks when I right-click (which Optifine is supposed to fix). Not sure if it matters or not but I am also currently playing on the Feed the Beast modpack, but when I play regular Minecraft I still lag.
I am willing to spend a little money to upgrade something on my computer if need be. I think my graphics card might be slow? And, if it is, linking me to a moderately cheap card (under $100 if possible) that is compatible would help a ton.
Here's a DxDiag of my computer:

Also, if it helps: I just turned on Feed the Beast and saw that I was averaging about 15-20 FPS, which I guess isn't terrible (I've seen worse), but I'd love to maybe get a little bit smoother and be able to use Long or Extreme render distance.
