You can use ic2 in a existing world, however, you have to generate new chunks in order for the world generation items that the mod adds. You can generate new chunks by simply exploring the world at places you never been to before.

i think you didn't understood me ^^" i want to keep my original save from this mod and in the same time wanna to create another world specified for this mod ,, is there a way to make the mod only for certain world ??

No, there is no way. Mods are loaded at startup, and there is no way to disable them within minecraft.(yet) You have to use 2 separate minecraft.jar, one with ic2, and one vanilla. I recommend using Multimc to do that, as switching minecraft.jar can be a hassle at times.
