Help me please. I tried to install a mod and messed up so I deleted my minecraft.jar file. I deleted it and have redownloaded the game like 10 times and tried to run minecraft.exe, but nothing seems to give me a new, clean minecraft.jar. Someone know how to fix it?

load the client and login, a fresh minecraft.jar will be downloaded then.

Actually, you need to go to "Options" on the login menu, then "Force Update" then login.

Good catch, just checked by deleting my jar and it got stuck at done loading lol
