I'm running OSX 10.6.8 on a Mac, and I'm trying to run Minecraft on my friend's server. However, when I try to join the server, it just goes to a dirt screen with a button that reads "Done" at the bottom.
We have several mods active using Forge, and we've narrowed it down to Biomes O'Plenty -- I can join so long as that specific mod isn't running on the server. I can run single player with BO'P, just not multiplayer. I've tried several reinstalls of the program and the mods, but that hasn't worked. The server is running Hamachi, Minecraft 1.4.7, and Biomes O'Plenty 0.4.6. We've exhausted our ideas to solve this, and it sounds like the only thing I'm left with is to run Parallels on my Mac, but I'd love to avoid that hassle.
Does anyone have any ideas? I feel like I'm missing something ridiculously simple, but I'm at a loss.
Please help! I have a friend who has this exact same problem. Is it related to hardware? The only time she can't join my server is when I host one that utilizes Biomes O Plenty!
