I was using the texture pack "Battered Old Stuff (64*64),"
It ran well with normal FPS previously on 1.5.0. Until I updated to 1.5.1; the game lagged horribly whenever I used an HD texture pack. And I was forced to change it back to the default textures.
Any help or ideas on what is wrong?
Ditto, was using 128x texturepacks before with no problem. Now they cause so much lag the game is nhy-unplayable. Keeping my fingers crossed that Optifine will cure my woes but holding off until its fully updated for 1.5
Optifine is the bandage for your little wound(problem).
