Since I updated I have had trouble with Minecraft not properly showing the HD texture packs I use. The texture packs are up to date and in the correct format. They will not show up even without mods being used. I use Magic Launcher for my mods.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
minecraft changed the way textures are used in the last update, the texture pack needs to be updated to 1.5 otherwise it won't display correctly, that could be your problem
what pack is it your having problems with, can you post a screenshot of the issue?
Like I said in my original post: all packs are up to date and formatted correctly.
What pack am I having troubles with? Any of them. The only textures that show up in game is regular old vanilla minecraft textures. Specifically I am using my own texture pack that is bits and pieces from a bunch of different textures, KoP Photo Realism, KoP Classic, Affinity HD, Creative_Ones Medieval pack, HerrSummer and Misa's. They are all the 64bit textures.
I just deleted and re-installed Minecraft to fix a problem I was having with movement (see my other post http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1733086-cant-run-minecraft/ ) and this problem popped up! Before they were all working fine. Oh! Another problem I am having is that half of the lower case 'm' will not show in chat, the right hand ) does not show up and a couple of other things are wonky with the chat text too. All these problems I have had make me kinda wish I hadn't changed to Windows 7 64bit. I have only had problems with Minecraft since then.
Well, never mind I guess..... The texture packs started working again and I did nothing at all. After writting the last post, I started up Minecraft and it was fine!
