I need help with this problem as I did install this correctly, but it crashes my game and I don't know why. Error log: http://pastebin.com/L1xVBQky
I deleted MultiPageChest Mod from my mod folder because it was causing my game to crash, so this screen shot is after I deleted the Mod. Screen shot of my mods and core mods:

*Using OptiFine 1.4.6_HD_U_D5
