im having troubles downloading AND installing mods "NOOB" yes i know but ic there is anybody who is willing to walk me threw it besides posting on this please email me, i only want one mod ov already got TMI mod it was an easy one for me but MORE EZPLOSIVES MOD i think it is, is the mod i cant figure out for the lofe of me PLEASE HELP
1) Download and install Minecraft Forge. It can be found here: files.minecraftforge.net (you want the latest universal version)
2) Download and unzip the most recent version.
3) Open Minecraft and click the options button.
4) When the box appears click on "Game location on disk".
5) When the documents explorer window opens navigate to the bin directory.
6) Open minecraft.jar with 7zip or WinRar.
7) Drag the files from wherever you unzipped the .zip file into the minecraft.jar archive.
8) Windows: Delete META-INF.
8) Mac: Go inside META_INF and delete all files with "Mojang" in their name.
9) Play.
Open your minecraft.jar file and the universal zip file. Drop the contents of the zip file into minecraft.jar then delete the files in META-INF which begin with MOJANG.
If using a mod manager, place the forge zip under the jarmods section.
