So I'm playing 1.5.1, using Rei's Minimap Mod (not the cause of this issue), and OptiFine (also not the cause), and I'm noticing weird skinny spaces between blocks.
As you'll see in the image below, I've circled what I'm talking about. Click the image to view it fullsized.
I could've sworn there was some option in one of the older versions of OptiFine that I used, which got rid of these lines, but I've tried everything in the OptiFine settings while keeping an eye on the lines, and nothing has gotten rid of them.
Anyone know what causes this or how to get rid of it?
Turn off AA (Anti Aliasing) on your video card control panel
Sorry for the bumping, and thanks for the info. I believe I may have enabled it on my video card specifically for the Half-Life Model Viewer, for taking high quality TF2 model screenshots.
You should hopefully depending on the graphics card control panel be able to set up a profile for minecraft so when minecraft is running it turns AA off, but has AA on for everything else, i know you can do this with AMD cards
