Vanilla minecraft doesn't crash when I open inventory, but when I install mods like single player commands, mo creatures, etc. whenever I open the inventory minecraft crashes. Here is the crash report:

I tried other mods without mo creatures, single player commands, too many items, and it all crashes when I open the inventory. SPC is updated for 1.5 and probably tmi but I'm not sure.
The same thing was happening to my friend, It is because he had an Outdated Mod installed (SPC). To fix this and save all your worlds do the Following (this is for Windowns 7)
ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR MINECRAFT
1.Type in search bar %appdata%
2.Click on the file Roaming
3.Click on your .Minecraft
4.Click on the folder Saves
5.Drag them all on to your Desktop (Or where ever you would like so long as you can access them all easily)
6.Go back to your Roaming and Delete you .Minecraft
7.Open up Minecraft and Let it Re-load your .Minecraft
8.When it is finished close Minecraft
9.Do %appdata% in the Search bar
10.Click on the Roaming file
11.Go into your .minecraft
12.Go into your Saves
13. Make the tab the half the size of the screen so you can see all your saved worlds on your Desktop or other folder
14.Drag them all into the saves folder
15. Close your saves folder and Open up Minecraft and your Worlds should be in there
(This will also work for Mac, except getting to your .minecraft is different, Sadly I do not know how to get to it on a Mac. Although its the same Concept)
