Black Screen after installed mods

When I installed some mods Minecraft goes black screen after I clicked login. The mods I have are Sophisticated dogs and x-ray. Is there anyway to fix this?!

are you trying to install them on 1.5?

Lots of people are having this problem... It's because not many mods have updated YET!
